CLIENT: Feeding America
DESCRIPTION:
The 2023 World Hunger in America Campaign's goal is to bring awareness to food insecurity in America while providing various resources for those who may be experiencing food insecurity within their homes. We accomplished this by the creation of an infographic paired with an app and web page as options to provide resources digitally.
EXECUTION:
The process of creating this campaign started with researching about world hunger in America. Through various research the important things we felt were necessary to cover are:
— Who is affected by food insecurity in America
— What resources are available to people who are affected by food insecurity
— How can we make these resources more accessible to those with no transportation
After accessing our research we decided to create an infographic using BIG numbers to draw focus to the data and statistic aspect of the infographic. This would make sure people are leaving informed without having an information overload. The bottom right of this infographic was used to provide a list of resources commonly available in every state across America. Lastly, I created a concept of a mobile app and a web page, which would give those who may not have access to transportation another option of applying for resources from the comfort of their home.
